Good morning and happy Sabbath brethren. Really it hasn’t been easy for the past weeks we have been home.
I know that everyone including my family are tired of staying home. We’re financially over stretched and emotionally exhausted, without even knowing what will happen in the next pronouncement of the President of our country.
In sum, people are worried and confused of what is actually going on. Saint of God, fear not for the Lord God of Creation still encourages His children to press on, for ” He who formed and created us has redeemed us, because he has called us by name. His promise is that,
He will be with us when we pass through boisterous river-like and even a strong blaze of fury of the evil One from wherever, we will not be consumed for he will be right there with us, because He is the Lord our God”- Isaiah 43:1-3.
Brethren, let’s hold on to this promise and pray on, for the destiny of the universe is in his hands.
Please, don’t lose sight of the fact that the great controversy is still not yet over – .KJV Revelation 12:
17 says, And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Brethren, l don’t want to cause any fear and panic but we all not new to the prophesies that until then, the Children of the Living God will be tortured and tutored after which we will emerge the Church triumphant, well refined as pure gold.
Brethren, I want to urge everyone of you to take courage from this scriptural text of Isaiah 46:9- 11,
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 l Declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, l say, My purpose shall stand, and I will do all that l pleasure:
11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my purpose from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.” Said the Lord.
My dear Church of God at Abrepo/Bronikrom, l humbly beseech you to still take heart even if the lock down period still goes unabated, let’s not be deterred; the One who called you and me is still in control. We are only to confidently approach the throne of grace as the Apostle Paul puts it in Hebrews 4:16 that,
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help us in time of need”.
Brethren, l want to drawn the curtain by urging you to stay calm, hold fast the faith of our fathers, stay home and safe by washing your hands thoroughly all times, always get sanitized when it becomes necessary dealing with strange people and finally, pray for God’s peace to be still. Amen.
